Description

Being on the western edge of the United Kingdom, we get a little more than our fair share of rain because we are the first point of contact for the prevailing, moisture-laden south-westerlies that blow all the way across the North Atlantic. We also get a good amount of sun. Put the two together, and we definitely get more rainbows than the eastern half of the country. And there is sometimes a sense of loss when the weather moves on, and the rainbow fades from the sky. Yet, sometimes, what follows is even more spectacular.
