It doesn’t matter where you look on Lewis or Harris in April or May, there are lambs. All are inquisitive but most are shy and will exercise their curiosity from the safety of mother’s side. This little chap was entirely different. From the moment I appeared, he wanted to know what I was up to. He came across to the fence and licked my offered hand, exactly as a puppy would have done. Mum was a little concerned and shooed him away. However, as soon as her back was turned, he was back!
