Description

I was asked if I might do a watercolour of the old fishing shack beside Loch Mòr Bharabhais. “It’s an old bus!” they said. Imagine my excitement when I found it anchored above a beach strewn with burnished boulders of Lewisian Gneiss. All the while, as my pencil drawing progressed, sea trout were leaping and splashing in the pool behind me, no doubt later taunting the fisher folk on the loch. Wonderful memories!
